The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) and the host Cypress Creek Coyotes (Wesley Chapel, FL), saw Mitchell's soccer squad get by Cypress Creek by a margin of 3-2.
The Mustangs now sport a 9-3 record. They play next when they host River Ridge for a non-league test on Saturday, January 14. Mitchell will meet a Royal Knights squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Berkeley Prep (Tampa, FL). The Royal Knights record now stands at 5-4.
With the loss, Cypress Creek drops to 7-4 on the season. The Coyotes travel to Zephyrhills (Zephyrhills, FL) to meet the Bulldogs in a 5A D7 test on Tuesday, January 17. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 2-15. Zephyrhills lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Hudson (Hudson, FL)
