Illinois High School Basketball - Fenger can't hold off Woodlawn

The Woodlawn basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Fenger Titans to 46 in the league triumph on Thursday.
The now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carver for a Chicago Public - White South contest on Tuesday, January 16. Woodlawn will battle a Challengers team coming off a 59-33 league win over Chicago Vocational (Chicago, IL). The Challengers record now stands at 10-8.
The Titans (4-14) will now prepare for their contest against Corliss (Chicago, IL). The Trojans enter the Chicago Public - White South contest with a 1-9 record. In their last contest, Corliss was nudged by Harlan (Chicago, IL), 64-33, in a league contest.
