The Northwest Christian Wolverines basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Crosspoint Warriors to 53 in the Wolverines league triumph on Thursday.
The Wolverines now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oakville for a non-league contest on Friday, January 12. Northwest Christian will battle a Acorns team coming off a 70-16 league win over Lake Quinault (Amanda Park, WA). The Acorns record now stands at 8-3.
The Warriors (1-13) will now prepare for their contest against Evergreen Lutheran (Tacoma, WA). The Eagles enter the 1B/2B Sea-Tac contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Evergreen Lutheran was defeated by Muckleshoot Tribal (Auburn, WA), 80-42, in a league contest.
