The Sumner Bulldogs basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Crossroads to 22 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Centralia for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 13. Sumner will battle a Orphans team coming off a 43-38 league loss to Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IL). The Orphans record now stands at 18-1.
The (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Cristo Rey Kansas City (Kansas City, MO). The Pumas enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record.
