Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Doyline Panthers (Doyline, LA) and the host Forest Bulldogs (Forest, LA), saw Doyline's basketball squad wallop Forest by a count of 81-51.

With the victory, Doyline upgrades its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Panthers host North DeSoto (Stonewall, LA) to play the Griffins in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 12. The Griffins come into the challenge with a record of 5-2. North DeSoto lost 56-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Logansport (Logansport, LA)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Quitman Wolverines (Quitman, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Forest will attempt to advance on its 5-14 season record. The Wolverines go into the test with a 15-7 record after their 71-50 non-league win over Cedar Creek (Ruston, LA).
