Stryker Panthers (Stryker, OH) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Edon Bombers (Edon, OH), 58-39 in a league bout.

With the victory, Stryker upgrades its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Montpelier (Montpelier, OH) to play the Locomotives in a Buckeye Border bout on Friday, January 19. The Locomotives come into the bout with a record of 4-6. Montpelier won 42-31 in their recent league bout against Holgate (Holgate, OH)

Next up, the Bombers play the Hilltop Cadets (West Unity, OH) in a Buckeye Border bout, on Friday, January 19. Edon will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record.
