Texas High School Basketball - First Baptist ripped by South Texas Christian Academy

The South Texas Christian Academy Panthers basketball team scored 69 points and held the host First Baptist to 39 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Panthers now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harvest Christian for a TAPPS 1A District 7 contest on Tuesday, January 16. South Texas Christian Academy will battle a team coming off a 92-8 league win over Juan Diego Academy (Mission, TX). The record now stands at 18-7.
The (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Presbyterian Pan American (Kingsville, TX). The enter the TAPPS 1A District 7 contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Presbyterian Pan American was routed by Macedonian Christian (Alamo, TX), 70-20, in a league contest.
