Washington, DC High School Basketball - Gonzaga crushes Our Lady of Good Counsel

Gonzaga Eagles (Washington, DC) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons (Olney, MD), 75-47 in a league bout.
With the win, Gonzaga upgrades its record to 13-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Hudson Catholic (Jersey City, NJ) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Sunday, January 14. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 9-5. Hudson Catholic won 93-84 in their recent non-league bout against Roselle Catholic (Roselle, NJ)
Next up, the Falcons play the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA AA bout, on Thursday, January 18. Our Lady of Good Counsel will attempt to upgrade on its 4-14 season record. The Cadets go into the bout with a 14-3 record after their 82-72 non-league win over Imani Christian Academy (Pittsburgh, PA).
