The Laporte Wildcats basketball team (Laporte, MN), was overwhelmed 67-20 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Hill City Hornets (Hill City, MN)
The Hornets now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Greenway for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 18.
The Wildcats (8-12) will now prepare for their battle against Red Lake (Red Lake, MN). The Warriors come into the A Section 8 battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Red Lake was overwhelmed by Nevis (Nevis, MN), 82-45, in a league battle.
