In Thursday's non-league outing, the Watchung Hills Regional Warriors (Warren, NJ) basketball squad edged the host Immaculata Spartans (Somerville, NJ), by a margin of 62-56.
The Warriors (9-2) will now prepare for their outing against Bound Brook (Bound Brook, NJ). The Crusaders go into the non-league outing with a 8-4 record. In their last outing, Bound Brook held off Bernards (Bernardsville, NJ), 73-53, in a league outing.
The Spartans now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Vernon for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 13. Immaculata will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 54-48 non-league loss to Jefferson Township (Oak Ridge, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 6-4.
