The Carlmont Scots basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the visiting Capuchino Mustangs to 25 in the Scots non-league victory on Thursday.
The Scots now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Menlo-Atherton for a contest on Saturday, January 13. Carlmont will battle a Bears team coming off a 33-19 league win over Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA). The Bears record now stands at 7-5.
The Mustangs (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Burlingame (Burlingame, CA). The Panthers come into the contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Burlingame prevailed over Mills (Millbrae, CA), 40-38, in a league contest.
