The Andrews Osborne Academy Phoenix basketball team (Willoughby, OH), was nudged 25-23 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Horizon Science Academy Dragons (Cleveland, OH)
The Dragons now possess a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Open Door Christian for a Lake Effect battle on Monday, January 15. Horizon Science Academy will battle a Patriots team coming off a 40-14 non-league loss to Central Christian (Kidron, OH). The Patriots record now stands at 7-6.
The Phoenix (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Lutheran West (Rocky River, OH). The Longhorns come into the non-league battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Lutheran West edged Fairview (Fairview Park, OH), 48-11, in a league battle.
