Maryland High School Basketball - Brunswick crushes St. James

Brunswick Railroaders (Brunswick, MD) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host St. James Saints (Hagerstown, MD), 55-24 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Brunswick upgrades its record to 2-7 on the season. The Railroaders host Frederick (Frederick, MD) to play the Cadets in a Central Maryland bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Cadets go into the bout with a record of 10-1. Frederick won 48-38 in their recent league bout against Urbana (Ijamsville, MD)
Next up, the Saints play the Springdale Prep Lions (New Windsor, MD) in a Freelance bout, on Saturday, January 13. St. James will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 20-18 record after their 69-40 non-league loss to Riverdale Baptist (Upper Marlboro, MD).
