North Dakota High School Basketball - Central Cass overwhelmed by Thompson

The Thompson Tommies basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the host Central Cass Squirrels to 35 in the Tommies non-league victory on Thursday.
The Tommies now sport a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillsboro/Central Valley for a A Region 2 contest on Friday, January 12. Thompson will battle a H-CV Burros team coming off a 51-27 non-league win over Drayton/Valley-Edinburg (Drayton, ND). The H-CV Burros record now stands at 4-9.
The Squirrels (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Turtle Mountain (Belcourt, ND). The Braves come into the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Turtle Mountain was routed by Devils Lake (Devils Lake, ND), 72-42, in a non-league contest.
