Council Rock North Indians (Newtown, PA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Pennridge Rams (Perkasie, PA), 53-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Council Rock North upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Indians host Avon Grove (West Grove, PA) to clash with the Red Devils in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 13. The Red Devils go into the bout with a record of 4-5.

Next up, the Rams clash with the Methacton Warriors (Norristown, PA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 13. Pennridge will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 2-10 record after their 49-38 league win over Boyertown (Boyertown, PA).
