In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Duluth East Greyhounds basketball team scored a good 51-43 triumph over the St. Francis Fighting Saints.
In their next game, the Greyhounds meet the Woodbury Royals (Woodbury, MN) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 13. Duluth East will attempt to better on its 7-10 season record.
With the defeat, St. Francis moves to 5-8 on the year. The Fighting saints travel to Monticello (Monticello, MN) to meet the Magic in a AAA Section 5 match on Tuesday, January 16. The Magic enter the match with a record of 13-1. Monticello won 75-53 in their recent league match against Big Lake (Big Lake, MN)
