The Waseca Bluejays (Waseca, MN) basketball felled the host Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton Bulldogs (Janesville, MN), 54-37 in Thursday's league test.
The Bluejays (4-11) will now prepare for their test against Blue Earth (Blue Earth, MN). The Buccaneers go into the AA Section 2 test with a 1-10 record. In their last test, Blue Earth was beaten by St. James (St. James, MN), 74-40, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 11-5 record. They play next when they host Triton for a non-league test on Friday, January 12. Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton will encounter a Cobras squad coming off a 51-48 league loss to Randolph (Randolph, MN). The Cobras record now stands at 6-7.
