The Lakeview Lakers basketball team (Cottonwood, MN), was toppled 60-50 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting MACCRAY Wolverines (Clara City, MN)
The Wolverines now possess a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Luverne for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 13.
The Lakers (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Lac qui Parle Valley (Madison, MN). The Eagles come into the A Section 3 battle with a 1-11 record. In their last battle, Lac qui Parle Valley was toppled by Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (Tracy, MN), 72-48, in a league battle.
