The Shawe Memorial Hilltoppers (Madison, IN) basketball nudged the visiting Milan Indians (Milan, IN), 46-39 in Thursday's league contest.

The Hilltoppers now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Medora for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 13. Shawe Memorial will battle a Hornets team coming off a 49-42 non-league loss to Clarksville (Clarksville, IN). The Hornets record now stands at 6-11.
