With the victory, Spokane improves its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Owls host Ash Grove (Ash Grove, MO) to confront the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 4-6.

Next up, the Warriors confront the Hurley Tigers (Hurley, MO) in a Mark Twain challenge, on Friday, January 12. New Covenant Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 52-38 non-league win over Galena (Galena, MO).
