New Mexico High School Basketball - Hope Christian knocked off by Santa Fe

The Santa Fe Demons basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Hope Christian Huskies to 24 in the Demons non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Demons now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Las Vegas for a contest on Friday, January 12. Santa Fe will battle a Dons team coming off a 65-14 non-league win over Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM). The Dons record now stands at 2-1.

The Huskies (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Eldorado was defeated by Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM), 37-31, in a non-league contest.
