Ridgeview Panthers (Orange Park, FL) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Yulee Hornets (Yulee, FL), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers face the Sandalwood Saints (Jacksonville, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Ridgeview will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Saints enter the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Buchholz (Gainesville, FL).

The Hornets now have a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Raines for a 4A D3 challenge on Tuesday, January 16.
