Loveland Classical Lions (Loveland, CO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Rocky Mountain Lutheran Eagles (Denver, CO), 58-16 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Loveland Classical upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Windsor Charter Academy (Windsor, CO) to play the Firebirds in a bout on Friday, January 12. The Firebirds go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Windsor Charter Academy won 84-11 in their recent non-league bout against Estes Park (Estes Park, CO)

Next up, the Eagles play the Flatirons Academy Bison (Westminster, CO) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 18. Rocky Mountain Lutheran will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Bison go into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 34-31 non-league win over Front Range Baptist (Fort Collins, CO).
