In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Beulah Goldiggers basketball team scored a good 67-57 triumph over the Bowman County co-op [Bowman/Rhame] Bulldogs.
The Goldiggers (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against New Town (New Town, ND). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, New Town was topped by Stanley (Stanley, ND), 67-60, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Belle Fourche Broncs (Belle Fourche, SD) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. Bowman County co-op [Bowman/Rhame] will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Broncs go into the contest with a 1-7 record after their 68-67 league loss to Lead-Deadwood (Lead, SD).
