Maine High School Basketball - Caribou routs Bucksport

In Saturday's league contest, the visiting Caribou Vikings basketball team scored a big 79-37 win over the Bucksport Golden Bucks.
The Vikings (9-1) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Kent (Fort Kent, ME). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Fort Kent smashed Southern Aroostook (Dyer Brook, ME), 86-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Golden Bucks battle the Old Town Coyotes (Old Town, ME) in a B North contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Bucksport will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record. The Coyotes come into the contest with a 6-6 record after their 65-53 non-league win over Greater Houlton Christian Academy (Houlton, ME).
