South Dakota High School Basketball - Corsica/Stickney victorious over Scotland/Menno

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Corsica/Stickney Jaguars basketball team scored a good 53-41 triumph over the Scotland/Menno Trappers.

The Jaguars (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Mitchell Christian (Mitchell, SD). The Golden Eagles go into the B Region 5 contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Mitchell Christian was toppled by Colman-Egan (Colman, SD), 81-31, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Trappers confront the Centerville Tornadoes (Centerville, SD) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Scotland/Menno will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Tornadoes go into the contest with a 5-2 record after their 64-34 non-league win over Burke (Burke, SD).
