Indiana High School Basketball - Norwell can't hold off Leo

Leo Lions (Leo, IN) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Norwell Knights (Ossian, IN), 56-51 in a league match.
With the victory, Leo advances its record to 6-4 on the year. The Lions travel to New Haven (New Haven, IN) to face the Bulldogs in a Northeast 8 match on Friday, January 17. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 6-6.
The Knights now own a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Wayne Wayne for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 14. Norwell will face a Generals squad coming off a 79-42 league win over Fort Wayne North Side (Fort Wayne, IN). The Generals record now stands at 8-3.
