In Saturday's league contest, the visiting Telstar Rebels basketball team scored a big 89-20 win over the North Haven Hawks.
The Rebels (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Valley (Bingham, ME). The Cavaliers come into the D South contest with a 8-0 record. In their last contest, Valley smashed Forest Hills (Jackman, ME), 75-48, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Hawks battle the Islesboro Central Eagles (Islesboro, ME) in a D South contest, on Tuesday, January 14. North Haven will attempt to better on its 0-8 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 4-5 record after their 64-46 league loss to Wiscasset (Wiscasset, ME).
