The Pottsgrove Falcons basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Sun Valley Vanguards to 39 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Falcons now have a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Pope John Paul II for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. Pottsgrove will confront a team coming off a 61-52 non-league win over Academy Park (Sharon Hill, PA). The record now stands at 11-3.

With the loss, Sun Valley falls to 10-3 on the campaign. The Vanguards travel to Bayard Rustin (West Chester, PA) to confront the Golden Knights in a Ches-Mont - American game on Tuesday, January 14. The Golden Knights go into the game with a record of 3-10. Bayard Rustin lost 53-40 in their recent non-league game against Avon Grove (West Grove, PA)
