In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Sequoyah Eagles basketball team scored a good 73-56 triumph over the Victory Christian Conquerors.
The Eagles (10-0) will now prepare for their contest against Cascia Hall (Tulsa, OK). The Commandos go into the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Cascia Hall was topped by Lincoln Christian (Tulsa, OK), 61-59, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Conquerors battle the Lincoln Christian Bulldogs (Tulsa, OK) in a Pinnacle contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Victory Christian will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 10-2 record after their 68-53 non-league win over Sapulpa (Sapulpa, OK).
