Nebraska High School Basketball - Wauneta-Palisade overwhelmed by Southwest

In Saturday's non-league test, the Southwest Roughriders (Bartley, NE) basketball squad trounced the visiting Wauneta-Palisade Broncos (Wauneta, NE), by a score of 69-42.

Next, the Roughriders encounter the Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] (Eustis, NE) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 14. Southwest will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The come into the test with a 4-7 record after their 50-32 non-league loss to Sumner-Eddyville-Miller (Sumner, NE).

The Broncos (1-10) will now prepare for their test against Perkins County (Grant, NE). The Plainsmen come into the non-league test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Perkins County bounced Sutherland (Sutherland, NE), 66-22, in a non-league test.
