The Rangers (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Grizzlies come into the non-league challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last challenge, Payton College Prep was knocked off by Kenwood (Chicago, IL), 45-34, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Rich Township Raptors (Olympia Fields, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 18. Von Steuben will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Raptors come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 53-41 league win over Thornridge (Dolton, IL).
