In Saturday's league outing, the host Patrick Henry Patriots soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the La Jolla Vikings.
The Patriots (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Sweetwater (National City, CA). The Red Devils go into the non-league outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Sweetwater was overwhelmed by Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA), 5-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Vikings play the Ramona Bulldogs (Ramona, CA) in a outing, on Monday, January 13. La Jolla will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 7-0 league loss to Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA).
