The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mt. Ararat Eagles (Topsham, ME) and the visiting Biddeford Tigers (Biddeford, ME), observed Mt. Ararat's basketball team edge Biddeford by a margin of 48-45.

The Eagles (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Greely (Cumberland Center, ME). The Rangers come into the A South challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, Greely was tipped by Messalonskee (Oakland, ME), 30-26, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Marshwood Hawks (South Berwick, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 17. Biddeford will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record.
