In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Northview Wildcats basketball team scored a good 52-42 triumph over the Genoa Area Comets.
The Wildcats (12-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bowsher (Toledo, OH). The BlueRacers go into the non-league contest with a 12-2 record.
In their next game, the Comets battle the Eastwood Eagles (Pemberville, OH) in a Northern Buckeye contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Genoa Area will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 4-8 record after their 50-42 league win over Lake (Millbury, OH).
