Colorado High School Basketball - Walsenburg routs Manzanola

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Walsenburg Panthers basketball team scored a big 48-25 triumph over the Manzanola Bobcats.

The Panthers (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Raton (Raton, NM). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Raton was trounced by Des Moines (Des Moines, NM), 56-22, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bobcats battle the Walsh Eagles (Walsh, CO) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 17. Manzanola will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 44-15 non-league loss to Stanton County (Johnson, KS).
