The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the River Valley Panthers (Blairsville, PA) and the host Mifflin County Huskies (Lewistown, PA), observed River Valley's basketball team knock off Mifflin County by a score of 64-44.

The Panthers (14-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Northern Cambria (Northern Cambria, PA). The Colts come into the Heritage challenge with a 0-9 record.

In their next game, the Huskies encounter the Milton Hershey Spartans (Hershey, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Keystone challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Mifflin County will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record.
