The Parkston Trojans basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Miller Rustlers to 27 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Trojans now have a 8-0 record. They play next when they travel to Canistota for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. Parkston will confront a Hawks team coming off a 36-30 non-league win over Alcester-Hudson (Alcester, SD). The Hawks record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Miller falls to 5-2 on the campaign. The Rustlers travel to Redfield (Redfield, SD) to confront the Pheasants in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. The Pheasants go into the game with a record of 1-6. Redfield lost 35-30 in their recent non-league game against Langford (Langford, SD)
