The Notre Dame Green Knights (West Haven, CT) ice hockey held off the host La Salle Academy Rams (Providence, RI), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Green Knights now own a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Xavier for a Southern Connecticut - DI outing on Wednesday, January 15. Notre Dame will encounter a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league win over Notre Dame Prep (Fairfield, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 4-3.
With the defeat, La Salle Academy moves to 4-3 on the season. The Rams travel to Pilgrim (Warwick, RI) to encounter the Patriots in a Division 1 outing on Tuesday, January 14. The Patriots go into the outing with a record of 4-4. Pilgrim lost 5-0 in their recent league outing against Barrington (Barrington, RI)
