The Storm (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Vernon (Mount Vernon, WA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 6-4 record. In their last challenge, Mount Vernon prevailed over Ferndale (Ferndale, WA), 72-18, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mountaineers encounter the Lynden Christian Lyncs (Lynden, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Mt. Baker will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Lyncs come into the challenge with a 9-1 record after their 81-42 non-league win over Blaine (Blaine, WA).
