Washington, DC High School Basketball - St. Anselm's Abbey knocked off by Banneker

The Banneker Bulldogs basketball team scored 47 points and held the host St. Anselm's Abbey Panthers to 37 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Friendship Tech Prep Academy for a non-league contest on Monday, January 16. Banneker will battle a Titans team coming off a 62-52 non-league win over Maret (Washington, DC). The Titans record now stands at 13-5.
The Panthers (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Spencerville Adventist Academy (Spencerville, MD). The Hornets enter the Potomac Valley contest with a 2-4 record.
