Washington High School Basketball - Evergreen Lutheran tipped by Northwest Christian

The Northwest Christian Wolverines basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Evergreen Lutheran Eagles to 43 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wolverines now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crosspoint for a non-league contest on Monday, January 16. Northwest Christian will meet a Warriors team coming off a 53-40 league win over Concordia Christian Academy (Tacoma, WA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-4.
The Eagles (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Pope John Paul II (Lacey, WA). The Eagles enter the 1B/2B Sea-Tac contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Pope John Paul II was nudged by Northwest Yeshiva (Mercer Island, WA), 59-56, in a league contest.
