In Thursday's non-league outing, the Santa Rosa Lions (Santa Rosa, NM) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Gateway Christian Warriors (Roswell, NM), by a margin of 83-52.
The Lions (11-3) will now prepare for their outing against Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM). The Rattlers go into the non-league outing with a 4-8 record. In their last outing, Tucumcari was trounced by Tularosa (Tularosa, NM), 56-44, in a non-league outing.
