Grace Brethren Lancers (Simi Valley, CA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Magnolia Science Academy Reseda Warriors (Reseda, CA), 61-21 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Grace Brethren upgrades its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Lancers host Laguna Blanca (Santa Barbara, CA) to play the Owls in a Frontier bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Owls come into the bout with a record of 6-5. Laguna Blanca won 73-61 in their recent league bout against Foothill Tech (Ventura, CA)

Next up, the Warriors play the Horace Mann UCLA Community Panthers (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 18. Magnolia Science Academy Reseda will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 53-50 non-league win over Stern (Los Angeles, CA).
