Hamilton Huskies (Chandler, AZ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ), 63-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Hamilton improves its record to 4-12 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Chandler (Chandler, AZ) to confront the Wolves in a 6A Premier challenge on Friday, January 13. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 10-11. Chandler won 51-48 in their recent non-league challenge against North (Phoenix, AZ)

Next up, the Mountain Lions confront the Liberty Lions (Peoria, AZ) in a 6A Desert Valley challenge, on Friday, January 13. Mountain Ridge will attempt to improve on its 3-15 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 15-3 record after their 78-52 non-league win over Paradise Honors (Surprise, AZ).
