Jordan Hubmen / Jaguars (Jordan, MN) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting St. Peter Saints (St. Peter, MN), 81-78 in a league bout.
With the victory, Jordan upgrades its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Hubmen / Jaguars travel to Willmar (Willmar, MN) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 14. The Cardinals come into the bout with a record of 4-5.
Next up, the Saints play the Marshall Tigers (Marshall, MN) in a AAA Section 2 bout, on Friday, January 13. St. Peter will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 68-37 non-league win over Redwood Valley (Redwood Falls, MN).
