The Kenyon-Wanamingo Knights basketball team (Kenyon, MN), was nudged 48-45 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Southland Rebels (Adams, MN)
The Rebels now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenville-Emmons for a A Section 1 battle on Friday, January 13. Southland will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 94-62 league loss to Lyle/Pacelli (Lyle, MN). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-7.
The Knights (10-4) will now prepare for their battle against Medford (Medford, MN). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, Medford was nudged by United South Central (Wells, MN), 71-47, in a league battle.
