The Waterville Panthers basketball team (Waterville, ME), was overwhelmed 76-49 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Maranacook Black Bears (Readfield, ME)
The Black Bears now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln Academy for a B South battle on Friday, January 13. Maranacook will confront a Eagles team coming off a 64-44 non-league win over Waterville (Waterville, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 5-3.
