North Carolina High School Basketball - Quality Education Academy nudges Mount Zion

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Quality Education Academy Fighting Pharaohs (Winston-Salem, NC) basketball squad edged the host Mount Zion Bulldogs (Gastonia, NC), by a margin of 55-50.
The Fighting Pharaohs (16-6) will now prepare for their outing against Legacy Early College (Greenville, SC). The Lions go into the non-league outing with a 8-5 record. In their last outing, Legacy Early College held off Franklin Prep Academy National (Charlotte, NC), 85-38, in a non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-1 record.
