The Smith Jewish Day School Lions (Rockville, MD) basketball crushed the host Washington International Red Devils (Washington, DC), 69-24 in Thursday's league test.
The Lions (4-2) will now prepare for their test against St. Anselm's Abbey (Washington, DC). The Panthers go into the Potomac Valley contest with a 8-5 record.
The Red Devils (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Sandy Spring Friends (Sandy Spring, MD). The Wildebeests enter the Potomac Valley contest with a 11-7 record. In their last contest, Sandy Spring Friends was routed by St. Mary's (Annapolis, MD), 59-52, in a non-league contest.
